What sizes does terrazzo tile come in?
Reference photographs. They show the material and the finish; they are not photographs of goods we made, and the colour on screen is not a colour-match.

Why the processes are not interchangeable
The large formats are limited by movement, not by size. NTMA, the American trade association, gives the convention: squares of four feet on centres or less are ideal, and rectangles up to about 25 square feet with an aspect ratio of no more than one-and-a-half to one are next best. Four feet is about 1220 millimetres, so the two systems are describing the same constraint from opposite ends: the American association names the preferred size, the Chinese standard lists what may be manufactured and leaves the joint spacing to the designer. Note also what the Chinese standard does not contain: GB 50209-2010 sets no figure for the spacing of divider strips at all, so a 3200 millimetre panel is compliant as a product and still needs a movement joint layout designed for it.
What these figures are, and what they are not
The size list is table 1 of JC/T 507-2022, and its own marking example confirms a 3200 by 1600 by 20 panel in high-performance cement artificial stone as a compliant product. The divider strip convention is from the NTMA Terrazzo Systems Reference Guide, which gives it in feet and square feet; the millimetre and square metre figures are our conversion of that and are not quoted from the guide. ⛔ We have not manufactured a panel of the largest format listed here and we do not claim a maximum panel size of our own.
