How much does terrazzo cost per square foot?
Reference photographs. They show the material and the finish; they are not photographs of goods we made, and the colour on screen is not a colour-match.
The figures, and where each one comes from
| Process | Relative cost | What dominates the price |
|---|---|---|
| Porcelain printed | lowest | it is a tile |
| Epoxy | low | thin build-up, less material |
| Cement-bound tile | mid | cement content and grinding |
| Precast panel | higher | pressing, curing, panel size |
| Poured | highest | skilled wet trades and site time |
Why the processes are not interchangeable
The five processes do not compete on the same axis. Comparing a poured floor to a printed tile by square metre compares a site operation with a factory product and the difference is mostly labour. Comparing two cement-bound floors, the difference is mostly aggregate: a marble-chip mix and a glass-chip mix are different material.
What these figures are, and what they are not
⛔ NO PRICE QUOTED HERE, DELIBERATELY.
Prices move with aggregate, freight and the size of the job, and a number on a web page goes stale within a season while remaining quoted. Ask for a quotation against a specification — process, thickness, finish, quantity and destination port — and we will quote against what we can actually form.
If you are specifying this
We have not published products against this question yet. Send us the process, thickness and quantity and we will quote it against what we can actually form, rather than against a catalogue.
