Table, reception and shelf tops where the support structure already carries the load. At this thickness the panel is a skin and the structure under it is the product: a cantilever needs a spine, a long span between legs needs a support at the third point, and an unsupported shelf over 600 mm is a conversation about deflection rather than about terrazzo. We ask for the span and the support layout, because those decide whether 8 mm is a specification or a claim. Batch match across a set is the other decision variable — two tops cut from one batch is a different job from two tops cut weeks apart.
