Cast in a mould and ground flat on both faces.
A cast slab and a sawn slab are not two finishes of one product. The cast one has a binder matrix running through its full depth, so it can be ground and honed like a precast panel. The sawn one is a section of a block and its thickness is whatever the gang saw produced. Which a job needs comes down to whether the piece is lifted by hand, cut on site, or bed-fixed to a substrate.

No size, price or lead time is published on this page, because none has been confirmed. ⛔ The 12 to 18 mm figure on this site is a topping requirement for a cast-in-place floor and is NOT the thickness of a slab; the two are not interchangeable and are deliberately not repeated here.
