Precast or cut-to-size nosing.
A nosing is specified by two things at once and they pull against each other. The face wants a finish that is not slippery, because a polished nosing in the wet is the standard way a stair becomes a fall; the edge wants hardness, because it is the part that gets hit. That is why the finish on a nosing is answered with a honed or textured surface rather than the same polish as the floor.

No size and no profile are published here. ⛔ On wet-floor slip the ANSI A326.3 threshold for an interior floor walked on when wet is 0.42, and that standard states it makes no claim about actual footwear or human walking; ⛔ it is a material property and ⛔ we hold no wet slip rating for any floor we supplied, so no number appears here.
